Genus AI and its affiliates (collectively referred to as “Genus AI”, “we”, “us”) takes its data protection responsibilities seriously. This Privacy Policy explains who we are, how we collect, use and share Personal Data about you, and how you can exercise your privacy rights. It applies to all individuals who access our website(s), engage in our products and/or services (“Services”), or who participate in our recruitment activities. The Genus AI entity responsible for your Personal Data will be the member of Genus AI that originally collects your information. - Managing contests or promotions: If you register for a contest or promotion, we process your Personal Data to perform our contract with you. Some contests or promotions have additional rules containing information about how we will process your Personal Data;
- Managing Payments: If you have provided financial information to us, we process your Personal Data to verify that information and to collect payments to the extent that doing so is necessary to complete the transaction and perform our contract with you;
- Reviewing compliance with applicable usage terms: We process your Personal Data to review compliance with the applicable usage terms in our customer’s contract to the extent that it is in our legitimate interest to ensure adherence to the relevant terms;
- Complying with legal obligations: We process your Personal Data when cooperating with public and government authorities, courts or regulators in accordance with our legal obligations under applicable laws to the extent this requires the processing or disclosure of Personal Data to protect our rights or is necessary for our legitimate interest in protecting against misuse or abuse of our websites, protecting personal property or safety, pursuing remedies available to us and limiting our damages, complying with judicial proceedings, court orders or legal processes or to respond to lawful requests.

- Business Transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing due diligence, reorganization, bankruptcy, receivership, sale of all or a portion of our assets, or transition of a service to another provider, your Personal Data and other information may be transferred to a successor or affiliate as part of that transaction.

Access, Correction or Deletion of Your Information

European Union (EU) Users
This section provides information on your rights under EU law (for these purposes, reference to the EU also includes the European Economic Area countries of Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway). Genus AI’s role as a data controller or data processor will depend on the Service. For example, we are the data controller with regards to the use of our website(s) and a data processor with regards to the use of our platform by our customers.

Genus AI collects information from and about candidates in connection with available employment opportunities at Genus AI. This information may include resumes, identification documents, academic records, work history, employment and references. Genus AI uses your Personal Data to match your skills, experience and education with specific roles. Children
Our Services are designed for those 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the age of 13 (or other age as may be restricted under local law). If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 13 has provided Personal Data to us through our Services, please contact us and we will endeavour to delete that information from our databases.
